3. Escrow Payment Protection
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account managed by UrbanAV. The payment is only released to the supplier after you verify delivery using the OTP system. This ensures your money is protected until equipment is confirmed delivered.

- With AV equipment suppliers for order fulfillment (your delivery address and contact)
- With our payment and escrow service providers for transaction processing

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
