Request a Quote & Book
Found what you need? Send a booking request with your event dates and requirements. The supplier confirms availability and pricing. Once agreed, pay securely through our platform.
Payment Held in Escrow
Your payment is collected and held in our secure escrow system. It is not released to the supplier until equipment is successfully delivered and verified. This protects both parties.
Delivery with OTP Verification
Supplier delivers and sets up your equipment on the agreed date. Upon delivery, you receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS. Share this OTP with the supplier to confirm receipt. This triggers payment release from escrow.
Use Your Equipment
Enjoy your event with professional AV setup. Our platform tracks your booking period and sends reminders before the return date.
Return & Final Verification
At the end of your rental period, coordinate with the supplier for pickup. A second OTP confirms the return. Once verified, your deposit (if any) is returned, and you can leave a review for the supplier.
